Acute Tool Sharpening System – Full Parts Kit

Please Note – This is not a bolt together kit, some turning, milling, drilling and tapping is required.

Kit contains –

32 x sheets of A4 dimensioned and exploded view drawings. Printed on heavy paper and supplied in a convenient ring binder.
1 x Laser cut work table complete with starter slots and pilot holes for the brackets.
2 x Square blank inserts – drill/ream to suit metric or inch 2 or 4 flute endmills.
2 x Round insert blanks – drill, ream, or broach to suit round or square lathe tools.
Laser cut and spot drilled steel components.
Materials – Steel, aluminium, Nylon (for feed screw plugs).
4 x Small indexable machine handles.
3 x Large indexable handles.
4 x Laser cut, drilled and Pre-folded table brackets.
4 x Metric hex keys.
8 x Acetal bushes for pantograph links.
1 x Stainless steel angle guage for setting the wheel to table angle.
All fixings and fasteners to complete kit.
